Establish a future point of contact

You should establish a point of contact for subjects in case they have any future queries or concerns.

If there is a possibility of late-onset side effects or complications from a research intervention, subjects should be told about such possibilities. You should make sure that they know what to do and who to inform if they experience any symptom, sign or health condition that could be related to your study. (2)
