This is required for any research that involves the provision of intervention / treatment / services to research subjects.
A post-study care plan ensures that subjects receive appropriate transition or continuation of care when their participation in a study comes to an end. It should also stipulate whether subjects can have continuous access to research interventions that are effective, and if yes: (5)
- How research interventions can be continued logistically and financially
- To whom (Subjects in just one treatment arm? All subjects? Or everyone in the community?)
- For how long
